(Monticello, NY 12:30pm) - Sullivan County through its Department of Family Services is opening its’ warming centers from 7PM Wednesday December 14th through Saturday December 17th at noon. The NWS is predicting frigid temperatures through that time period. The warming centers are located at the Ted Strobel Center at 10 Jefferson Street Monticello and the Methodist Church at 170 North Main Street, Liberty NY. People needing to warm up or stay overnight due to the cold can be helped at those locations.
